Alipay X1 is an intelligent device that uses palm print + palm vein biometric technology and can be used in various scenarios including, but not limited to online payment, access control identification, and passing through gates. This type of contactless recognition is safer and more hygienic. Additionally, when compared with traditional facial recognition, palm print recognition results are more accurate and friendly to user privacy.
Traditional biometrics such as facial and fingerprint recognition often encounter issues with privacy breach and low security. Alipay X1 uses palm print + palm vein multimodal biometrics to provide a twofold guarantee for more accurate and secure identification.
Through both light and sound guidance, users can present their palms to complete identity verification. In poor lighting conditions, the LED supplementary light improves accuracy of the recognition. The X1 can be used in the following contexts: (1) access control systems, where it is installed in offices, government buildings, and other locations where identity verification is required; (2) payment scenarios, in which it is connected to a POS machine via Bluetooth as a palm print recognition payment device;(3) public travel gates such as bus and metro gates, where passengers can pass through the gate and complete fare payment by scanning their palms.
Access control:
It can be used in hotels, offices, government buildings, and other locations requiring identity verification.
Payment and cash collection:
It can be used in offline terminal shops such as shopping malls, supermarkets, small shops, and so on by connecting it to POS via Bluetooth as a palm scanning payment device.
Travel:
Public travel gates such as bus and metro gates, where passengers can pass through the gate and complete fare payment by scanning their palms.
Benefits:
